- Take photos of the area(s) that could be up for contention of filming.
- Find out who owns the area so you can ask them for permission to film.
- Ask for permission from the person who owns the area.
- Listen for any loud noise during the period you are in the area. (You would not like a train or birds to spoil your filmign process).
- If it is easy to access the area and how you can get to the area.
- Find out if you filming will cause a disruption to people in the surround area or to the environment.
- Do a health and safety evaluation so that you can identify the risks that the actors will face.
- If there is a food and drink resturant nearby. (if not they you will have to supply your own food and drink).
- If there is public toilets or any toilet facilities nearby for all members.
- Check how many electrical outputs there are for use - if not enough then you will have to bring your own generator.
- If parking facilities are each to access.
